Over time, spurred in part by requests from our wonderful customers, Chocolate Sheep Creamery has added a few other products to our catalog.
Sheep's Milk Chocolates
After chocolate cheese, sheep's milk chocolate seemed like a natural step. We also now offer a darker chocolate. It contains less milk, more cocoa, and is slightly less sweet. And be sure to try our delectable truffles as well. Our chocolates all come in 1 oz pieces in the shape of Charlene the sheep. You may purchase milk or dark chocolates and truffles in a variety of box sizes and assortments using our order form.
Milk & Cream
This is the freshest sheep's milk you will find, straight from ewe to you! We recommend pickup at the farm for our whole milk and cream, unless you are purchasing wholesale (inquire for discounts and delivery options). All milk and cream products are pasteurized and bottled in glass bottles, and we will gladly take your used Chocolate Sheep Creamery bottles back again and give you a 50 cent refund. Of course, we also carry chocolate milk.
Yogurt & Leban
If you haven't had Chocolate Sheep Creamery sheep's milk yogurt, you don't know what you are missing. We make an excellent tangy yogurt perfect for eating plain or mixing with fresh fruit or cereal.
What is leban? Something you should try. Popular in middle eastern countries, you can think of this as a cross between sour cream and yogurt. It is not as sour as sour cream, and it is much thicker than yogurt. Words do not begin to describe how delicious it is. Try it as a dip with dried fruit (dates are traditional). You'll never go back!
